**Burp-day at Xmas Party**
Birthday ko last December 20. Paano ba dapat ise-celebrate ang birthday to make it special. Hindi ko alam. Basta, masaya nung birthday ko.


Define masayang birthday? Masaya=busog, maraming tawa, sangkatutak na kuwentuhan at nakakatuwang regalo.
  • Busog - The Venue (chopsuey, honey chicken, sweet and sour pork, beef with brocolli, choco peanut ice cream)
  • Tawa - Spell T-H-O-U-G-H-T. Tee, Eetch, Ow, Yu, Ji, Eetch, Tee
  • Kwentuhan - Ang English exams ni Cel, kung bakit na late si Donna, ang 5 favorite shorts ni Aya at napakarami pa.
  • Gift - Medyas na maluwang (hehehe)
Kahapon ang Christmas party dito sa office. May binigay na groceries pero sa mga naunang 200 lang. Sorry sa mga iba. May pa-raffle, may pa-bingo. Hindi man lang ako nanalo. Si Brenda mapalad sa mga raffle. Nanalo siya ng groceries (ulit). Pero si Rena ang pinakamapalad kahapon. Nanalo siya ng tandararan...... CAN OPENER. Ilang tao na ba ang nababalitaan mong nanalo ng can opener? Konti lang ang mga taong mapapalad na nananalo ng can opener sa mundo kaya Rina: Congrats!!!


Congratulations to Charina Macalino for placing 2nd in the recently concluded Regional School Press Conference (Feature Writing- Filipino). She will be competing in the upcoming national competitions in February 2005 in Surigao.

  1. Jonalyn - my legal name. It was given to me by my Lola Ansing. Jonalyn was one of the brightest student of Uncle Pete. Uncle Pete was a famous Ilocano radio program noong panahon ng Hapon
  2. Leah - my official nickname. It should have been my second name but my folks thought that Jonalyn Leah is too long. Baka daw bobo ako paglaki at hindi ko makayanang isulat yun sa pad paper ko.
  3. Jona minsan Jonah - what my highschool and college friends and my office mates call me. It is a masculine name, di bale maskulado naman ako kaya okay lang.
  4. Onang - this is what the whole IV-SHA Batch XX calls me. We also have Iyang, Inshang, Bi-bit, May-yang, Mimay, Yamo, Cardo, Dolpet, Panyeng, Kap-peng in our class.
  5. Jonana - tawag ni ate Jang sa akin. Parang kadiri kasi NANA
  6. Jonakid - tawag ni ate Raks sa akin. From the milk brand, Bonakid
  7. Jon o kaya Jons - tawag ni Jun sa akin. Uy, Jun and Jon....
  8. Juna - tawag ni Rina sa akin. I cal her Rena in return
  9. Jones - tawag (yes, ganyan ang spelling nya sa text) ni ate Weng sa akin. Parang Indiana Jones. Feeling ata talaga nila lalaki ako.
  10. Tia - Tawag ni Dindin sa akin. Hindi pa nya kayang sabihin yung Tita Leah kasi.
  11. Laya - Tawag ni ate Divina sa akin. Noong bata ako, umiiyak ako pag tinatawag nya ako ng ganyan.
  12. Nalyn - Tawag ni ate Renz sa akin.

DUDAY and BUBOY (at may pahabol na good news)

Today, I gave away my two puppies to Rina and Jun. Jun adopted Duday while Rina got Buboy. It was sad letting the puppies go, especially Duday, because she is my favorite. She has her mother's (Harry) color and traits. Masaya na rin ako kasi I know that their humans are kind real dog-lovers. Hindi ako masyadong nakakasiguro kar Rina kasi balita ko, kinatay daw nila 'yung aso na galing kay Jeff. Kumakain daw kasi ng mga alaga nilang manok. Hay, I'll miss Duday and Buboy.
